• Preparation
  • The supply, laying and taping of a suitable gauge polythene barrier throughout the screed area.
  • The supply, fitting and sealing of perimeter expansion foam to all walls and vertical features within the screed area.
    
• Aftercare
  • A full sanding service is offered for all screed installations. While not all projects will require sanding it is recommended that all Anhydrite Liquid Flow Screed slabs are sanded to remove the surface laitance that forms, this not only leaves a completely smooth finish ready to accept adhesive but it also speeds up the screed’s drying time. It is also recommended that the Longfloor IntegraCure Cement Liquid Flow Screed is sanded to key the surface ready for adhesion.

Please note that if you are planning to fit your own polythene barrier and perimeter expansion foam this work will need to be completed prior to Cotswold Flow Screed’s pre-installation site visit (usually the day before the pour date).
