Cotswold Flow Screed have partnered with screed suppliers Cemex to provide Longfloor IntegraCure Cement Liquid Flow Screed installations with
the option to include full preparation works and final sanding.
Longfloor IntegraCure Cement Liquid Flow Screed is a limestone based binder containing specially selected additives. When mixed with cement, sand and water it produces a free-flowing cementitious screed. It is suitable for all types of flooring applications. Longfloor IntegraCure Cement Liquid Flow Screed has been formulated to negate the need for a spray applied curing agent to be used and will achieve a minimum SR2 surface finish (no more than a 5mm deviation over a 2m straight edge). It has a minimum thickness of 30mm or 50mm over underfloor heating pipework and requires no reinforcement.
Longfloor IntegraCure Cement Liquid Flow Screed can accept foot traffic in 24 – 48 hours (dependant on depth) and will be suitable to receive non-moisture sensitive floor finishes between 7-14 days. In ideal conditions (20°C and 65% relative humidity) the screed will have achieved 75% R/H (0.5% moisture) at 21 days. Underfloor heating systems can be turned on after 7 days and the system gradually brought up to operating temperature.
Longfloor IntegraCure Cement Liquid Flow Screed requires no sanding prior to the application of floor finishes as it produces no surface laitence. Industry guidance suggests all screeds should be lightly abraded prior to the application of floor finishes. Longfloor IntegraCure is compatible with all types of primers, grouts and adhesives.
Longfloor IntegraCure binder contains 95% recycled content as verified under ISO 14021.
