Gyvlon ECO Anhydrite Liquid Screed is suitable for domestic of commercial projects from single room installations to large care homes, schools, factories or office blocks. Once poured Gyvlon Eco Anhydrite Liquid Screed can accept foot traffic in 24 – 48 hours (dependant on depth), minimising the impact on your construction schedule.
Gyvlon ECO has been developed to work with Underfloor Heating. Unlike other screeds the drying time can shortened with the application of heat to the screed slab.
A range of additive options are available to improve strength, thermal conductivity, or reduce the need for final sanding of the screed. Please refer to the CFS Liquid Screed Technical Information sheet below for more information on the available additive options.
Gyvlon ECO is environmentally friendly the binder element is made up of 98% recycled material, giving the mixed screed product up to 36% recycled content. Gyvlon ECO will achieve a minimum SR2 surface finish (no more than a 5mm deviation over a 2m straight edge). It has a minimum thickness of 35mm or 50mm over underfloor heating pipework and requires no reinforcement.
